Account
How do I create an account on Keune Professional?
- Our customers receive a message from us with a username for our Keune Professional platform, you set the password yourself. If you have not received information about your account, please contact Customer Service.
How do I activate my account on Keune Professional?
- On your first visit to the Keune Professional Platform, you are requested to create your own password. Therefore, go to 'Login' at the top right and click on 'Forgotten password'. Follow the steps as indicated on the screen.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
- Click on 'Login' at the top right and then on 'Forgotten password'. Follow the steps as indicated on the screen.
How do I manage my account?
- After you have logged in you can click on the account icon in the top right corner or on your name and click on 'My account'. You will then arrive at your account environment. Your personal information comes directly from our company system and therefore you cannot change it yourself. Do you want to make changes? Please contact Customer Service.
Products
How do I add a product to my shopping cart?
- You can find the desired product via the search function or the menu. Then click on 'Add to Cart' to add the product to the shopping cart. You can still adjust the quantities in the shopping cart.
I can't buy certain products, what should I do?
- It is determined per contract which product lines you're able to purchase. You cannot add products outside your contract to your shopping cart. Do you expect to be able to purchase these products? Please contact Customer Service or your Account manager.
