Account

How do I create an account on Keune Professional?

  • Our customers receive a message from us with a username for our Keune Professional platform, you set the password yourself. If you have not received information about your account, please contact Customer Service.

How do I activate my account on Keune Professional?

  • On your first visit to the Keune Professional Platform, you are requested to create your own password. Therefore, go to 'Login' at the top right and click on 'Forgotten password'. Follow the steps as indicated on the screen.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

  • Click on 'Login' at the top right and then on 'Forgotten password'. Follow the steps as indicated on the screen.

How do I manage my account?

  • After you have logged in you can click on the account icon in the top right corner or on your name and click on 'My account'. You will then arrive at your account environment. Your personal information comes directly from our company system and therefore you cannot change it yourself. Do you want to make changes? Please contact Customer Service.

Products

How do I add a product to my shopping cart?

  • You can find the desired product via the search function or the menu. Then click on 'Add to Cart' to add the product to the shopping cart. You can still adjust the quantities in the shopping cart.

I can't buy certain products, what should I do?

  • It is determined per contract which product lines you're able to purchase. You cannot add products outside your contract to your shopping cart. Do you expect to be able to purchase these products? Please contact Customer Service or your Account manager.
Do you already know the re-order function?
Did you know that you can also re-order a previous order? With this you simply place all items from a previous order in your shopping cart again and you can adjust them where necessary before ordering again. To re-order, go to 'My Account' and click on the 'Re-order' button of the desired order.

Order

How do I place an order?

  • Have you added all desired items to your shopping cart? Then click on the shopping cart icon at the top right and follow the steps on the screen to finalize the order.

Can employees also place orders?

  • Employees are also able to place orders. As a Business Partner, you can add accounts for employees yourself. To do this, go to your account environment, via the account icon or your name in the top right corner and click on 'My account'. Open the tab 'My organization' and click on 'New' under the heading 'Users'. The employee can then create a password himself, as described under 'How do I activate my account on Keune Professional?'

How can I view my placed orders?

  • In your account environment ('My Account') you will find all your previous orders that you have placed via the Keune Professional platform under the heading 'Orders'. Here you can view the ordered products including promotions and, if desired, place a re-order.

Something went wrong with the delivery, what should I do?

  • Are you missing products in the delivery or have you received products that you did not order? Please contact Customer Service.
Personal account for all your employees
Salon employees can also place orders. As an owner, you can add accounts for employees if you wish. To do this, go to 'My account' and add a new employee under the heading 'Users'.
